GREY GOOSE® PRESENTS LE ‘TINI BAR RELEASE AND WAIVER

By attending, observing or participating in LE ‘TINI BAR event (the “Activity”), You acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation and/or attendance at the Activity, and You agree that (a) Bacardi Canada Inc. and Its affiliated partners, agencies and sponsors, (b) the owner of the venue of the Activity, and (c) all past, present and future affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, volunteers, vendors, partners, directors, and officers, of such entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for any injury, property damage, or other loss suffered as a result of your participation in, attendance at, and/or observation of the Activity, regardless if any such injuries or losses are caused by the negligence of any of the above released parties, (collectively, the "Released Claims"). BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE GIVEN A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY TO THE RELEASED PARTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
YOU HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES, EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH YOU, YOUR HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON YOUR BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION WITH THE ACTIVITY.

Must be legal drinking age in the province where the event is hosted to attend. No minors will be admitted.

Each ticket (one per person) includes (3) custom GREY GOOSE^® Vodka Petits Martini Cocktails, each paired with an amuse-bouche. GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR reserves the right to change the cocktail variation (including size and ingredients) based on the regulations of the city and province of the venue. Select non-alcoholic beverages will be available on-site for purchase. Additional GREY GOOSE^® Vodka cocktails will be available for purchase in the Martini Cocktail Lounge.

GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR is a cashless event. Guests will be able to purchase additional GREY GOOSE^® Vodka cocktails or non-alcoholic beverages via credit or debit card in the Martini Cocktail Lounge.

Ticket purchasers will be contacted via email in the event of cancellation. A full refund will be provided if the event is not able to take place.

We will adhere to all local government rules and regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guests who are considered to be intoxicated by our trained staff. We reserve the right to stop service and/or remove from the premises any guests who are considered to be intoxicated or are demonstrating unsafe conduct.

RESERVATION & REGISTRATION PROCESS:

• Purchaser will need to fill out the following information: Full Name, Email, Phone Number and Date of Birth.
• All purchases must be made through our online portal with a verified method of payment.
• Purchaser will receive an email with the ticket confirmation number with the date and time of their reservation which will need to be presented upon entry at the event.
• All purchasers must be onsite to sign in with their party.
• All attendees must show a physical copy of government issued photo ID proving that they are of legal drinking age in the host province at the point of entry. Digital photos and photocopies of ID will not be accepted.
• If you purchase tickets for less than 8 guests, you will be paired with another group(s). There is a maximum of 8 guests per tasting time slot.
• Guests should contact support@greygooseletinibar.ca should they have any additional questions after reserving their experience or require accessibility accommodation.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Bookings are non-refundable. All purchasers must be onsite to sign in with their party. A confirmation email will be sent out at the time of purchase. Cancellation is ONLY permitted 24-hours post purchase for full refund. Any no shows or cancellations made after the 24-hours will not be refunded.

Ticket purchasers will be contacted via email in the event of cancellation. A full refund will be provided if the event is not able to take place.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
We kindly ask that during the experience, all patrons respect and follow our event rules to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.

• All experiences will start promptly at stated times. No refunds or extended time will be issued to latecomers.
• No smoking or vaping permitted inside the event space.
• No recreational drugs are permitted in the event space.
• No outside food or beverages, including alcohol, are permitted.
• Security and staff have the right to deny entry to any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and/or is exhibiting disruptive behaviour.
• No refund is provided in the event that entry is not permitted.
• No minors allowed in the event space.
• No animals allowed within the event space.
• Venues are equipped to accommodate accessibility needs.
• Guests are encouraged to contact support@greygooseletinibar.ca to receive further information should they require accommodations.
• No sharp objects or any object that may be considered a weapon will be permitted in the event space.
• No special catering, event or celebration requests will be available during this experience.
• GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We advise all guests to ensure they only bring necessary items with them to the event. In no event will GREY GOOSE^® (Bacardi Canada Inc.), Community, the event staff, or the security team be liable for loss or damage of your personal belongings for any reason.

ASSUMED RISK & RESPONSIBILITIES:
GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR does not assume any responsibility for injury, accidents or deaths that are caused to guests that are connected to their own actions or inaction or are caused by factors outside of the reasonable control of GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR.

We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to guests that are being physically or verbally abusive, or if they pose a threat to staff members or other attendees in any other way.

INJURY & SICKNESS POLICY:
In the event that a guest needs medical attention, the GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR Staff will contact the necessary emergency services.

FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY:
The GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR event is subject to provincial and public health regulations.

Food:

• Outside food is not permitted
• All food items will be provided by catering partner
• All food will be prepped, stored and served following all provincial health and safety guidelines
• All waste will be properly disposed of in accordance to each provincial standard

Beverage:

• Outside beverages are not permitted
• Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for all guests to purchase
• All bar services will be conducted by a certified mixologist with provincial liquor serving training

GUEST EXPERIENCE
Here’s what you can expect at GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR

• Arrive at the GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR venue 15 minutes prior to your scheduled experience time.
• All guests will be required to check in and provide a physical piece of government issued photo ID. Digital and photocopies will not be accepted.
• Each individual ticket holder to receive (3) GREY GOOSE^® Vodka Petit Martini Cocktails per person. Each cocktail will be paired with an amuse-bouche.
• Cocktails are non-transferable. Each attendee will only receive 3 petits martini cocktails regardless of the size of their group.
• Guests may purchase additional GREY GOOSE^® Vodka cocktails from the Martini Cocktail Lounge after their tasting experience.
• Select non-alcoholic beverages will be available on-site for purchase.
• *All guests will be guaranteed up to 2 hours within the Martini Cocktail Lounge area as part of their experience. If the event is at capacity, guests will be asked to depart after their designated 2 hours to accommodate the next scheduled reservations.
• NOTE: GREY GOOSE^® LE ‘TINI BAR is a CASHLESS event. Service areas will accept all major credit cards and/or interact. Services charges may apply.
